How a self-service subscription works

  1. 1

    Create an account

A mobile number or an email is enough. No payment details are taken online.

  2. 2

    Choose magazines and term

Tick Chakmak, Sandarbh, Srote - or all three - and pick one year, two, three, or life membership for each. Add the address the copies go to.

  3. 3

    Note your order code

You get a short code like EK-7K4M2Q. Read it out when you call the office, or write it on the back of the challan when you post the amount.

  4. 4

    The office approves it

Once the payment is received, staff approve the order. Your subscription then shows in My account with its end date, and the copies start with the next dispatch.

Nothing is charged on this page. Until the office approves the order there is no subscription - that is what keeps the register and the money in step.

Where your details live

This system runs on Eklavya's own machine, on the office network. Subscriber names and addresses are not stored with a third-party service and no per-record fee is charged.

Postal is not an afterthought

Most subscribers receive a printed letter, not an email. You can order online and still get your copies - and your reminders - by post.

Talk to a person

Call the office or write to subscriptions@eklavya.org - changes of address, bulk orders for a school, and gift subscriptions are all easier over the phone.
